A Human artist at heart, she loves the act of transforming people into living art. Chelsea is a licensed Hair Stylist, Makeup Artist, Body Painter, and Special Effects Makeup Artist.

Currently based in Los Angeles, California and Portland, Oregon. She is for hire and accepting traveling work offers.
